Course 2 – LIFESTYLE, EMOTIONS & ENVIRONMENT, RAISING EMOTIONALLY HEALTHY CHILDREN TO PREVENT OBESITY
This training course explores how emotional health, daily routines, and home and school environments influence children’s wellbeing and long-term obesity risk. It provides evidence-based guidance on emotional regulation, healthy habits, supportive environments, and strategies to prevent emotional eating and promote resilient development.
